All Pacific Crest Families are asked to commit 30 hours of their time volunteering for the school (this is per family, not per parent). Please help us track your hours here. Fields with the * are required.

Please tell us the name of the event or committee for which you volunteered (e.g. Auction, Library, Spring Fling). If you chaperoned an outing or performed a task at the request of a teacher, please write "classroom assistance". If you are a parent coordinator, please write PC duties. If you co-chaired this committee, please indicated this here. Please also indicate the educational event you attended, if applicable.
